High School Early Entry
Course Schedules and Dates
Early Entry Students may take 100 and 200 level course in all academic disciplines unless the enrollment is limited to full time students at SOU. Put in the term that you are interested in enrolling. Then pick the subject that interests you. After locating the course of interest from the SOU Class Schedule, scroll to the status column on the right of the departmental listings to verify that the course is still open for registration and is not closed and if it has pre-requisites.

GRADES AND TRANSCRIPTS
To view or print an unofficial transcript with grades
Students can view their grades via the internet at www.sou.edu/sis where it is possible to print an unofficial transcript. You must go through the “Former Students” login at the bottom of the page and the complete instructions are on the screen. You will input your Student ID Number (or your Social Security Number) and a PIN Number which is set to your birthdate. Use no dashes.
Example:
Student ID: 555667777
PIN: 051171
You will need to change this PIN for security reasons the first time you log in. Just follow the instructions on the screen. Please make a note of your new PIN. If you should lose this number you will have to contact SOU Pre-college Youth Programs at 552-6452 or 552-6899 or call the help desk at the university (552-6900) to have your PIN reset.
Students without internet access may visit the Enrollment Services Center in Ashland located in the Britt Hall or go to the Welcome Desk at the HEC in Medford and request a printout of their grades. BRING PICTURE ID!
To get an official transcript
Please click here to be connected to the Southern Oregon University's Enrollment Service Center page.Transcripts can no longer be ordered by mail or fax. They must be ordered in person or through the National Student Clearinghouse link on the SOU Enrollment Services website. The cost to order a transcript in person is $5.00 and to order online there is an additional fee of $2.25. More information about ordering transcripts can be found at the Enrollment Services Center website listed above.
There are forms available for in-person transcript requests at the Enrollment Services Center Office in Britt Hall at the Ashland Campus and at the Welcome Desk at the HEC in Medford.
