How do I get my grades?
Students can contact telephone registration at (541) 552-8734 (TREG) and follow the voice prompts to hear their grades. The hours for TREG are 7am – 7 pm. You will need to input your student id # which in most cases is your social security number and a pin # which is set to your birth date – mmddyy, example 051171. You will need to change this pin # for security reasons the first time you log in, just follow the voice prompts. This option of obtaining grades is only available at the end of each term. Current term grades are available on telephone registration for approximately 2 months from the end of the term.
Students can view their grades via the internet at www.sou.edu/sis where it is possible to print an unofficial grade report. You will need to input your student id # which in most cases is your social security number and a pin # which is set to your birth date – mmddyy, example 051171. If you should lose this number you will need to contact the Registrars office at (541) 552-6600 for help. Current term grades are only available at the end of the term you are registered for.

What happens if I do not have my high school’s Early Entry counselor sign my SOU registration form?
Should you turn in a SOU registration form to ECP staff members without first getting your counselor’s signature on the back, ECP will be unable to process your registration. You must have your counselor’s approval in order to participate in the Early Entry Program.
When can I register for my "college high" course(s)?
Advanced Southern Credit students register for their classes through their high school ASC teacher. The teacher will make the deadline known to the students each term.
Early Entry students may register anytime after the announced preregistration date for an upcoming term and the start of the term. Fall term preregistration is generally scheduled during the last week of May; Winter Preregistration during the last half of November; and Spring preregistration during the last half of February. Your high school EE counselor will have the exact dates. For the best course selection options we recommend registering as early as possible.
