Make a Donation to SOU Pre-College & Youth Programs
Because SOU Pre-College &Youth Programs is self-supporting, we depend upon grants, tuition fees and private donations to operate. It is through our enrichment classes, academic competitions and summer camps that your donations help us to serve over 4,000 students annually. However, we do not want to stop our work here.
Our tuition assistance fund depends solely upon donations from individuals, corporations and foundations. This past year, we awarded tuition assistance to 393 students in Southern Oregon. We offer you this opportunity to make a difference by making a donation to our program.Your donation to Pre-CollegeYouth Programs of Southern Oregon University enables us to offer these quality educational opportunities to students regardless of their family's income.
There are two different ways you can support SOU Pre-College Youth Programs:
Youth Programs Endowment Fund
Endowment Fund donations are invested and the interest income is given as assistance. We need to "grow" this fund to ensure tuition assistance for many years to come.
Youth Programs Tuition Assistance Fund
All monies are distributed on an annual basis to help defer tuition costs. We need to close the gap between students in need and available funds.
