Identification and Presentation Specifications
SCHOOL INVENTORY LIST
The inventory list must accompany artwork to the judging. Make sure the list is completely accurate and readable as this will help in keeping your artwork organized. Please leave a list with the Best of the Best personnel when you deliver the artwork. School Inventory list (word format)
NAME TAG FORMS
In past years some names were misspelled because the nametag form was illegible. To solve this problem we would ask that you fill out the electronic name tag form posted on this website and e-mail a copy to jmorton@grantspass.k12.or.us Otherwise, we are requiring that they be typed or clearly printed. Attach a copy of the tag securely to the back of each piece of work. Work without the tag attached, or lacking complete information will not be accepted!
Two Dimensional Work -- Identification tag taped securely to the back of the work.
Three Dimensional Work -- Identification tag taped securely to the bottom of the work.
Jewelry and Small Artwork -- Reduced size tag securely attached to the work.
MATTING AND SECURE HANGING DEVICES
Please deliver artwork "Ready to Hang." Artwork not ready to hang will not be judged. Although it is difficult to establish criteria for color choice when matting, we ask that you consider the overall appearance of the show and select mats of neutral color. Matts should be of the hinge type and hanging mechanisms need to be securely fastened to the back.
