Application Information

Applications must be complete in order to be accepted. Acceptance is based on the strength of your application and your letters of recommendation. Make sure you have completed your application packet:

• References 2013  [PDF Fillable Form]
  Two references are required. One must be from a current teacher. Reference forms must be in signed, sealed envelopes and mailed with your completed application to the SOU address listed in the application packet.

Upon acceptance into the program, you will be required to complete additional forms.

Tuition Assistance/Scholarship

Tuition assistance is available to students based on financial need.  Please fill out the tuition assistance application  [Click here] and submit it with your application. Student will be notified of their tuition assistance award upon acceptance to the program.
Students who attend GEAR UP schools will need to indicate that they are applying for a GEAR UP Scholarship. Please check with your school counselor or administrator to determine if your school is currently involved in the GEAR UP program.
