How to Look-Up Grades and Order Transcripts
The Registrar’s office at Southern Oregon University does not mail grade reports to students.
Grade Reporting
Students may view their grades via the internet at www.sou.edu/sis. An unofficial transcript may be printed from this site. In order to log-on to the site you will need your student id # (in most cases this is your social security number) and a pin # which is originally set to your date of birth – mmddyy (example 051171). The system will require you to change your pin # for security reasons the first time you log-on (follow the directions provided). Please record your new pin #. If you should lose this number you will need to contact the Registrar's office at (541) 552-6600 for help.
