Vivacious Voices: Empowerment through Education and Expression

The compelling power of women's voices--spoken, written and expressed--has been central to an ongoing movement for equality and justice in our world. Vivacious Voices is the Women's Resource Center's creativity program designed to support the expressiveness of women and girls and to keep the dialogue open surrounding the oppression and liberation of womankind.
