Women's Self-Defense Workshops

Women's Self Defense Details

 

The WRC offers three self-defense workshops each academic year (one per term). Workshops for 2009-2010 are scheduled for the following Sundays:

 

Fall: October 25

Winter: January 24

Spring: April 18

 

Preparation

Bring along a buddy to practice with later! Bring water and a notebook. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Be prepared to YELL, KICK, PUNCH & RUN.

 

Fee $10

No one will be turned away for financial reasons. WRC scholarships are available.

 

Your Instructor

The Instructor of the your self defense workshop has a 3rd degree Black Belt in Aikido and is a certified instructor through the “On Guard” Control and Self-Defense training program.
