Women's Self-Defense Workshops

Women's Self Defense Details

 

The WRC offers three self-defense workshops each academic year, one per term. Workshps for 2008-2009 are scheduled for the following Saturdays:

Fall: October 18th

Winter: January 24th

Spring: April 18th

Preparation

Bring along a buddy to practice with later! Bring water and a notebook. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Be prepared to YELL, KICK, PUNCH & RUN.

Fee $10

No one will be turned away for financial reasons, WRC scholarships available.

Your Instructor

The Instuctor of the your self defense workshop has a 3rd degree Black Belt in Aikido and is a certified instructor through the “On Guard” Control and Self-Defense training program.
