How do I Apply?

Thank you for your interest in Success at Southern/TRiO SSS. Success at Southern is a Student Support Service program that is funded through a TRiO federal grant. If you are interested in our services, please read the eligibility section in the left hand menu.

To become a Success participant one must first apply. Program size is limited, so the sooner you apply the better! Please read this document, Student Cover Page, if our services seem right for you, print or save this page and keep it for your records. After reading through the cover page please fill out the Application. Either drop it by our office, snail mail it to the address found on the bottom of the last page of the application, or fax it to 541-552-8462.
