Stevenson Union

Small Rooms

The smaller rooms available for use will usually hold up to 12 people. They are all on the third floor of the Stevenson Union. These rooms are available for a wide variety of uses and they can all be served by catering if need be.

Special setups can be made in certain facilities. Discuss your plans when confirming the reservation. Restrictions to comply with fire codes are not negotiable. Please contact the Stevenson Union Manager regarding cost for room and for any extra equipment needed.

The Guanajuato Room includes dividers, allowing it to be broken up into three smaller rooms, each able to host 12 people comfortably.These dividers can allow configurations hosting 12, 24, or 36 people.
