There are 4 easy steps to registering your club or organization:

1.  Find nine other students to be a member and a staff or faculty advisor and fill out the Online Club Registration Form. Note: You must have a reliable Primary Contact!

2.  Complete the Signature Form. This form designates who is permitted to authorize reimbursements and allocations of the club’s funds. This form should  be be turned in to the  Office of Student Life as soon as possible.

3. Determine which member will be the representative for the weekly Inter-Club Council (ICC) meetings. ICC meets Wednesdays at 4pm (in order for your club to remain in good standing a representative from your club must  attend ICC meetings).

4. Attend a club training (only one per year is required). Club Trainings dates for Spring Term COMING SOON!

IMPORTANT DATES

  • ICC MEETING Every Wednesday from 4-5pm in SU313.
  • Fund Requests are due the second Friday of the term.*
  • Winter and Spring Term ICC Meetings begin on the first Wednesday of the term.

*Funding requests submitted a week late will be subject to a 10% reduction, and those submitted 2 weeks late will be subject to a 20% reduction. (Example: A funding request of $100 received one week late will be reduced to $90.)
