Public Transportation in Ashland

Bus System

Rogue Valley Transportation District (RVTD)
http://rvtd.org/

RVTD provides public transportation to the people of the Rogue Valley and currently serves Medford, Ashland, Talent, Phoenix, Jacksonville, White City and Central Point. RVTD serves Ashland via Routes 10 and 15 with 15-minute service on weekdays. Transit maps are available at the CRC front desk.

WE ARE SAD TO SAY, THAT CURRENTLY THERE IS NO FREE STUDENT BUS PASS OR DISCOUNT FOR STUDENT BUS RIDERS IN PLACE! This is incredibly sad but true. We are having conversations with RVTD about possible solutions. In Spring of 2011, the CRC made a presentation to try and secure funds for a free student bus pass through the Student Fee process. It would have costed students over $100,000 to provide all SOU students with a free bus pass. This proposal was not passed by the Stevenson Union Advisory Committee and therefore not approved in the Student Fee process. We are still trying to find a solution! We promise to work hard to come to a solution we are happy with!
