What's the Big Idea?

Innovation and improvement may come from long-term strategic plans, but they just as often come from ideas that occur to hard-working staff as they go about their jobs. Your Big Idea may be just what is needed to make SOU a little (or even a lot) better. Better for students, better for employees, better in general. Regardless, we want to know about your Idea—and then reward you for it. Please complete the following form and your Idea for improving some part of the University will be considered for implementation. While we can’t promise that all ideas will be able to be pursued, we will be giving out an award each term for the top Big Idea.
