The SOU Laboratory of Anthropology (SOULA)
The faculty of Social Sciences, Policy, and Culture are drawn from academic programs in Anthropology, Economics, Geography, International Studies, Native American Studies, Sociology, and Women's Studies. They share a commitment to community and civic engagement, social justice, and to applying their diverse disciplinary perspectives to the many challenges facing individuals, society, and the environment.
The department offers majors and minors in Anthropology, Economics, International Studies, and Sociology. It also offers minors in Geography, Land Use Planning, Native American Studies, Latin American Studies, and Women's Studies, as well as certificate programs in Applied Cultural Anthropology, Cultural Resource Management, Applied Finance and Economics, and Native American Studies.
