Southern Oregon University One Card

Important: You must update any change of address on SISWeb AND on your SOU OneCard ID account.

The SOU OneCard is your official SOU ID card, and all campus services (e.g. Library, Health & Wellness Center, Payroll, Enrollment Services, etc.) expect you to carry the card for identification purposes.

With the multifunction student identification card provided by HigherOne, you choose the way your refunds are delivered.

Three options are available to you:

  1. Direct deposit to a OneAccount, an FDIC insured checking account through HigherOne.
  2. SOU One Card and ID Card
  3. Direct deposit (by HigherOne) to the bank of your choice.
  4. Paper check (mailed by HigherOne) to the address you select.

Your SOU ID card is sent to you by mail. Once you receive your SOU OneCard, you must come back to this web site to activate your card.  Activation is required to access many campus services and to obtain refunds from the university. To avoid any delays in campus services, it is important to activate your card immediately after it arrives in the mail.

For a full fee schedule of Higher One fees associated with the OneAccount, click on the button in the left side red navigation area of this page.

*Please note: In order to activate card for meal points, you must take your card to the Cox Hall housing office.
