The purpose of this research project was to characterize aggregates formed between mannose-functionalized dendrimers of varying size with the lectin, Concanavalin A (Con A). Glycodendrimers were obtained via a multi-step synthesis and verified by NMR. Size determination of lectin-glycodendrimer aggregates were then obtained via Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS).
