Farms affected by loss of water allocations from Bear Creek

These are questions I will be addressing: In the case of a complete loss of sections equating to 33% of Bear Creek water allocations, due to geomorphic changes resulting from a one-time natural event such as an earthquake, debris flow, flood, or mudslide, how many food producing farms would be directly effected? and What role does Bear Creek play in the food production of the Rogue valley?
