This topic explores an analysis of cross-cultural communication between the International Students Association, United Nations Club, and the Multicultural Resource Center as well as the challenges and successes of bringing them together to work in collaboration. This also brings up the conflict between cultural relativism and human rights, which I saw a lot in my practicum work but believe can be worked around through adapting international human rights to various cultural backgrounds, which is important for cross-cultural relations. I will be analyzing their club cultures, their structures of governance, and their relations with each other. I will also be examining their marketing strategies through an analytical perspective of social marketing.
