This Faculty Organized Panel will consist of several University Seminar student group presentations on a variety of biomedical ethical issues, such as cognitive performance enhancement for work or lifestyle (e.g., Adderall, Ritalin, etc.), pharmacists' refusal to fulfill prescription birth control, medical providers' participation in intense interrogations, mandatory pre-abortion ultrasound imaging, physician assisted suicide, surrogate motherhood, and physicians' use of placebos.
