The goal of our project is to educate SOU students, parents, and faculty about gluten. Our group will be addressing how much gluten to consume, how gluten affects the body, benefits and negatives, where to get gluten, and cost. Gluten has become a popular food topic and more people are becoming sick consuming too much. We want to know why this is occurring now, and not back when my parents were our age.
