Does An Individual's Level of Engagement in Digital/Electronic Stimuli vs. Environmental/Natural Stimuli Have Effects on Their Well-Being?

Andrew Fallman

Where do people find well-being in their lives? From the information available through computers to the information available from the great outdoors, there are many places to choose from. Considering prior research on the measurement of well-being along with digital/electronic stimuli and environmental stimuli's effects on well-being, I sought to further this research with an introduction of measuring introversion and extroversion within the subjects. Sampling from college-students aged 18 and above, I believe that subjects will show higher levels of well-being in orientation with environmental stimuli regardless of their the level of introversion or extroversion.
