The intention of this video will be to feature an interesting perspective of the Noble Coffee Roasting establishment in Ashland, Oregon. There are intimate and important stories residing within the walls of the business, and I would like to showcase them in all of their HD glory. The owner of Noble and the premier Ashland resident coffee expert, Jared Rennie, has traveled to Costa Rica with his family and will provide his accounts of interactions from partnered farms in Costa Rica and around the world. Jared has also provided some photos from their partner Fazenda (farm) in Costa Rica that will add another dimension to the film to touch on the cultural stories. I feel that Noble is already a well-loved addition to the Ashland community and I see this video as a way to communicate another realm of the business that may not be as visible to the everyday customer. It is possible that this new insight maybe vital to their continued patronage and I feel this video can bring another part of the Noble family to their customers and maybe strengthen some already established deep connections.
