This series of digital collages explores the intersection of private and public histories through vintage family photographs, snippets of oral history, and historical research. The exhibit addresses significant historical events such as the Revolutionary War, the Civil War, World War II, and the Vietnam War, while also integrating very personal stories of heartbreak, marriage, divorce, grief, triumph, and hope. Topics include feminism, immigration, racism, and civil rights.
