As part of their Senior courses Oregon Health and Science University nursing students complete community-based assessment and change-projects here in the Rogue valley. This symposium will highlight the process and outcomes of several exciting community based projects. Health issues addressed in these projects will include homelessness, child abuse, mental health for minority populations and health promotion in public schools.
