New Digital Art faculty member, David Bithell, will demonstrate a variety of current technologies used in contemporary digital art practices including computer vision, interactive sound environments, and robotics. The demonstration will include work on a new project The Difference Engine, which was awarded a grant from the SOU President's Research, Scholarship, and Creative Activity Fund, and highlight a new studio/laboratory for Arts and Technology in the Center for Visual Arts.
