ONE-DAY EVENT-- Day two for overnight Raider Registration students
Program events will run throughout the day from 8:00am-5:00pm. You will receive a schedule with your individual advising and registration appointment time the week of the event.
Program Events:
- Math Placement (if necessary)
- Advising and Registration
- Orientation Sessions -- You will choose the sessions that are most applicable to you.
- Liberal Arts and The Academic Experience (Faculty Panel)
- Culture of Caring (Student Success Panel)
- Navigating the Money Maze
- Resource Fair
- Breakfast
- Lunch
Students attending the Hawaii event on June 1 or the Transfer event on June 7 will receive a schedule the week of the event.
Families and Guests
For families and guest of the overnight event: A Welcome Reception will be held the evening before the Day 2 Raider Registration event for families and guests to connect with SOU faculty and staff.
For all families and guests: During the day event, a concurrent program is scheduled for visiting families and guests covering topics such as financial aid, billing, student services and more (no concurrent family/guest program during the transfer event).
