Program Assessment
The MHC program faculty members conduct ongoing systematic program evaluation so that we can improve the effectiveness of our program. New and graduating students participate in surveys to assess their perceptions of the program. Current internship site supervisors are also asked to complete a survey about program effectiveness in preparing students to begin internship. Each year, faculty members review characteristics of program applicants as well as results of the Counselor Preparation Comprehensive Examination (CPCE) that all graduating students complete.
The MHC Assessment Plan is provided as well as the 2011 Report to the Oregon University System. Several facets of the Assessment Plan are still in development and the web site will be updated as these components are implemented. The most recent reports are included below:
