Dr. Russell-Miller has a Doctorate from Oregon State University in Human Development. Her area of expertise is gerontology, with focus on adult development, care-giving, and death and dying. Dr. Russell-Miller also has special interest and knowledge in program development and evaluation. On the personal side, she enjoys spending time with her family, camping, and fishing. Other interests include cooking, knitting, and entertaining.
