Michael Naumes teaches Group Dynamics & Training and Group Facilitation & Assessment and offers several suggested electives such as Personal/Social Adjustment, Organizational Psychology, Creative Thinking, and Creative Problem Solving and Decision Making. Michael has a Ph.D. in Experimental Cognitive Psychology, with a minor in Trainer Behavior. He has many years of experience in guiding and assessing group processes and conducting workshops with several local agencies and has relevant professional experience in settings ranging from academic departments to community resources such as the Urban Corps. Michael is the OTD Coordinator and has been at SOU since 1983.
