The Community Preschool at SOU
Tuition is divided into 9 equal payments, not by the number of days in a month. A non-refundable $100.00 deposit is required to secure your placement in the program, and also covers supplies and registration fees for the year. Your tuition for September also covers the month of June, as they are both shorter months.
This is a self-support program and we rely on monthly tuition to keep the program running smoothly. A $10.00 late fee will be charged to any account not paid by the 10th of the month, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Payments can be made by check in the classroom, or paid by credit/debit card online at the preschool website, or in the Business Service Office located in Britt Hall.
There is a 3-day minimum, but you may choose 3, 4, or 5 days per week. Once you set your schedule, we ask that you keep it consistent for your child, and for our staffing needs. Fees are based on a $5.00 an hour rate.
Short Day: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
- 3 days per week: $300.00
- 4 days per week: $400.00
- 5 days per week: $500.00
Full Day: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- 3 days per week: $420.00
- 4 days per week: $560.00
- 5 days per week: $700.00
