GRE: Graduate Record Examination - General Exams
The GRE General Exam measures skills that are acquired over a long period of time and are not related to any specific field of study. The exam measures skills in the areas of verbal reasoning, quantitative reasoning, critical thinking and analytical writing. The GRE is offered at the SOU Higher Education Center at 101 South Bartlett St.

SOU Students: The entrance examination for most master's programs at SOU is the Graduate Record Exam (GRE). Information bulletins and application forms for the GRE may be obtained from the Admissions Office.
