He created one of the first accredited courses on deep ecology ever presented. His unique presentation also includes dramatic video of his daring exploits, from the genesis of Greenpeace to current day high seas campaigns, followed by a question/answer period. As the “Father” of Direct Action Environmentalism, Paul Watson captivates audiences as he unfolds the events which led to the beginning of the contemporary environmental movement and the concurrent evolution of the media’s role. He has delivered more than 750 lectures worldwide on the birth of the environmental movement, the importance of direct action, marine conservation, the media, and environmental law. Paul Watson inspires action through example, educates through experience, and leaves audiences with a profound understanding of their own power and their ability to make a difference in the world.
