Educational Background

PhD University of California, Los Angeles

Dr. Golding has been teaching at SOU since 1997. She specializes in Francophone literature, Women's Autobiography, and French and Francophone cinema. She is a member of the Southern Oregon Foreign Language Articulation, which she will chair in 2006. Her current areas of research are French cinema and 21st century women authors. Dr. Golding is a Pacific Ancient and Modern Language Association board member and is actively involved in the association Women in French.
