- Provide technical support to Labs and Classrooms
- Perform quality assurance testing on computers in student labs and classrooms
- Test proper function of software applications
- Perform analysis, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of hardware in student labs and classrooms
- Research, design, test, and implement solutions for issues affecting computer software and hardware
- Build, test, and deploy desktop images
- Build and design Windows XP images
- Perform analysis, troubleshooting, configuration, repair, and maintenance of software applications on images
- Assist in data collection and troubleshooting quality exceptions
- Deploy images
