Managing your Password

Normally you can follow the link in your daily quarantine summary to login to the spam firewall. However these links expire after two days. You may also just want to login to the spam firewall to change your preferences even if you haven't received a quarantine summary.

To login to the spam firewall set your browser to http://barracuda.sou.edu:8000. You will be greeted with this login screen.

Your username is your complete e-mail address. You received your password in the first message you got from the spam firewall. If you forgot your password just click the “Create New Password” button. Your password will be e-mailed to you. Although the button says “Create New Password” it will actually send you your current password. Use the next screen to change it.

Once you have logged in you have full access to all of your settings and your Quarantine List. The “Security” tab will let you change your password.
