Managing your Whitelist
Most people probably won't need to maintain a Whitelist. If, however if you find that the Spam Firewall is marking mail from a sender you trust as spam, you can add that sender to your Whitelist. Mail from people in your Whitelist will never be marked as spam.
- Accessing your Whitelist:
From the www.sou.edu/anywhere page click on the "GMail Spam Filter (Postini)" link. Log in with your regular username and password.
Once logged in to Postini, click on the "My Settings" link.

- Next you will need to click on the "Approve Senders" link.

On the next screen you will need to type or paste the email addresses of the mail you wish to allow into the box labeled "Approved Senders".
- Once you are done entering the addresses be sure to click the "Update Approved Senders" button.

Just log out and the email will be allowed through to your mailbox.
