Printers
We recommend Hewlett Packard LaserJet or DeskJet printers. Models change so frequently that it is usually best to just call Karen Haynes X2-6449 for the latest pricing and model information.
If you plan to connect the printer to the network only certain models come with a Network Interface Card that will allow us to connect the printer to the network for shared use.
Some things to consider before deciding on the model of printer you will purchase. Do you need color printing? How many people will share the printer? What sizes of paper will be used? Do you need printing on both sides of the piece of paper? If the printer is going to be shared over the network and there are both Macintosh and Windows users sharing the printer you must purchase a model that supports Postscript for the Macintosh users.
