Email Migration Update
On April 22nd at 5 pm your new Gmail account will be activated. New email will begin arriving immediately and over the weekend the last 4 weeks of your mail will be migrated into your new account.
Your email address will remain the same as before (email@example.com). Access to your new account will continue to be available through MySOU or by going to http://mail.g.sou.edu and using your SOU username and password.

You Must take Action to Keep Your Archives
If you are required to keep your archives because of "Document Retention" requirements, then you need to Opt-In. Unless you Opt-In your archives will NOT be migrated to your Gmail account. Just click on this Link, fill out the simple form and you will retain all your archives.
Be Prepared with Training
There are a lot of changes coming up with our conversion to Gmail, are you ready?
The best way to prepare for this change is to attend one of our training classes. Just click on the Training Schedule link in the right column to find the class that fits your schedule.
