Faculty & Staff Help Desk (552-6900)
The Faculty & Staff Help Desk is located in the west wing of the Computing Services Building. It is staffed by highly trained student technicians who are supervised by experienced IT professionals.
- Having a problem with one of the computer programs?
- Getting too much SPAM in your email or worried about viruses?
- Is your Office computer acting up?
- Accidentally deleted an important file?
- Problems with media or technology equipment in a classroom?
- Unfamiliar with a particular computer program and would like some training?

The Faculty & Staff Help Desk is ready to take your calls from 7:30am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday (voicemail can be left for after-hours calls). Most issues are resolved by the student technicians during your initial call. More complicated problems will be escalated to the appropriate team in the IT department or elsewhere on campus. We gladly make personal visits when a problem needs a little bit more work than we can provide over the telephone.
