You should begin by contacting your department's Computing Coordinator.  Not sure of your department's Coordinator?  Please check here.  Your Coordinator is your single point of contact for any IT issue.  Your Coordinator will work with other members of the department to ensure that your problems are quickly resolved.

The Classroom Hotline is available to respond to immediate classroom problems, such as a non-functioning projector or  non-booting classroom computer.
