SOU students can study abroad at Okayama University in Okayama, Japan.  This is a great option for students who'd like to escape the Tokyo metropolitan area to a "small" city of only 600,000.

Program costs 

Each year, we can send some SOU students to Okayama on "direct exchange," meaning they pay regular SOU tuition/fees and living expenses at Okayama.  Students live in international student housing that's quite nice and not very costly.  In general, living in Okayama is much cheaper than being in the Tokyo area.

Scholarships

Okayama University reserves 1-2 scholarships for SOU students each year, making this a great deal!  Come talk to us in the office for more details.
