The purpose of Human Resource Services is to contribute to the educational mission of Southern Oregon University by developing, implementing, and administering a wide range of personnel programs within the guidelines provided by State and Federal regulations, University Shared Services Enterprise, and the University. Human Resources supports institutional goals by providing consultative services to administrators, supervisors, and employees in the following areas:

  • Staff Recruitment and Employment
  • Benefits
  • Classification/Compensation/Equity programs
  • Employee Relations
  • Labor Relations
  • Training and Development

Human Resource Services is part of the Division of Finance and Administration and is located in                        Churchill Hall Room 159

Office Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
