Preparation of notices of appointment. Maintains official personnel files. Implements & manages the salary plan for SEIU employees. Interprets HR policies, procedures, and SEIU collective bargaining agreement. Provides basic benefits assistance.

Primary contact for employee recruitment. Provides assistance in the use of PeopleAdmin and to search chairs throughout the search process. Answers questions on job postings. Assists in the interpretation of HR policies and procedures and the SEIU collective bargaining agreement.
