Cascade Food Court
is the primary dining facility for residence hall students. It is open from 7:00 am to 10:30 pm most days (see Menu page for hours) and offers a range of foods to satisfy both the health-conscious and those ready to indulge themselves! Daily offerings always include:- self-serve bar featuring ethnic cuisine and specialty food items such as pasta bar, Mexican bar, Asian bar, wraps, seafood bar, etc.

The Raider Range
at Cascade offers hamburgers, cheeseburgers, grilled chicken sandwiches, hot dogs, garden burgers, and chicken nuggets daily, plus special display cooking each day at lunch (featuring yakisoba, soft tacos, bento, or pasta alfredo) in addition to the following daily specials:
- Monday: Polish Sausage Dog
- Tuesday: Fried Burritos
- Wednesday: Bacon Cheeseburgers
- Thursday: Corn Dogs
- Friday: Pizza Pockets
- Saturday: Fishwich
- Sunday: Turkey Burger
The Late Night Raider
at Cascade (7:00 pm -10:30 pm Sunday through Thursday) offers Papa Murphy's Pizza, nachos, deli and salad bar options.
