Old Mill Village Phase I Apartments:

* The laundromat, which is for tenants only, is located in the community building
and is accessible 24 hours. Rental rates include water, trash and sewer.
Old Mill Village Phase II Apartments:

3 bedroom** $795 17 three-bedroom, all bedrooms upstairs, 1336 sq ft
6 three-bedroom, two upstairs, one dowstairs, 1388 sq.ft

A MINIMUM OF $10 A MONTH EACH JULY 1ST.Houses (General):
- Rental rates vary based on characteristics of each house ($540.00-$950.00)
- Rent includes garbage pickup, but not water, sewer, electricity, gas, or oil
- Houses are considerably older and not as energy-efficient as apartments
- Houses are not eligible for Housing Authority (HUD) assistance
- Approximately 30 houses varying in size from studios to 4-bedroom
- Up to two pets (dogs, cats, rabbits, etc.) permitted with $150 pet fee for each.
