Apartment & House Information
2012-2013 Rental Rates valid July 1, 2012 until June 30, 2013

 

Apartments

  • Rent includes water, sewer, and garbage service
  • No smoking in or within 15 feet of all apartments and select outdoor common areas
  • Energy-efficient "Super Good Cents" construction
  • Some pets (many limitations apply) allowed in select buildings with $150 deposit each and seperate pet application
  • Laundromat located in community building, accessible 24 hours a day
  • 3 and 4 bedroom Phase II apartments have dishwashers and washer/dryer hookups
  • All apartments qualify for Housing Authority (HUD) assistance

     

Old Mill Village Phase I
(Quincy Street address) - constructed 1990:

1 bedroom $600 2 one-bedroom disabled flats 710 sq. ft.
    3 one-bedroom flats 670 sq. ft.
2 bedroom $685 42 two-bedroom flats 880 sq. ft.
    55 two-bedroom townhouses 910 sq. ft.
3 bedroom    $790   28 three-bedroom townhouses             1165 sq. ft.


Old Mill Village Phase II

(Wightman Street address) - constructed 1996:

Studio           $545   8 studios (flats) 450 sq. ft.
3 bedroom $880 17 with all three bedrooms upstairs 1336 sq. ft.
    6 with one br. downstairs, two upstairs 1388 sq. ft.
4 bedroom $950 4 four-bedroom townhouses 1518 sq. ft.


Houses

  • Approximately 28 houses varying in size from studio to 4-bedroom
  • No smoking in or within 15 feet of all Family Housing houses
  • Up to 2 pets permitted with $150 deposit each and seperate pet appliation (less restrictive requirements)
  • Rental rates vary based on characteristics of each house ($600's - $900's)
  • Rent includes 1 trash can, but not water, sewer, electricity, gas, or oil
  • Houses are considerably older and not as energy efficient as apartments
  • Houses are not eligible for Housing Authority (HUD) assistance

Rental rates are subject to increase each year on July 1st
