Summer 2013 Tuition and Fees Refunds

If you are withdrawing from summer classes, please review the following policies and refund schedule.

Refunds for Partial and/or Complete Withdrawal

Financial aid recipients attending classes for the first time who are withdrawing completely are subject to a separate, pro-rata refund schedule as required by the U.S. Higher Education Reauthorization Act. Contact the Enrollment Services Center for details.

Refunds By Part-of-Term (POT)

Refund schedules for summer term classes depend on the start date of a course's Part-of-Term (POT). Check the SOU Class Schedule to look up the POT for courses and use the appropriate refund schedule below.
