Parking Permits

Parking permit fee schedules are available through the Parking Services web site.

Purchase Parking Permits Online

Parking permits are available for purchase online via SISWeb. Use MasterCard/VISA, e-payment (e-check from your checking or savings account), or your SOU account to purchase a decal or hang tag. We will process your order in five to seven days and send it to you via the US Postal Service. There is no charge for shipping.

To Purchase parking permits online:

1. Log into MySOU (my.sou.edu)
2. Students, click on the Student SISWeb tab. Faculty & Staff, click on the Faculty/Staff tab.
3. Open up the Banner Self-Service folder in the Banner Self-Service (SISWeb) channel.
4. Open up the Purchasing Folder
5. Click on the Make Purchase item.
6. Choose the type of permit, then click the Continue button.
7. Select your purchase options:
   • Delivery
   • Payment method (MC/VISA, e-payment, SOU account)
   • License plate number
   • Vehicle make, model, color, and year
   • State registered
   Click the Continue button.
8. Choose your address, then click the Continue button.
9. Review your information on the Purchase Summary screen.
10. Click the Make Purchase button.
11. Complete any payment information.

You will also see options to check the status of your purchase. Allow 5-7 days for processing. Permit will be sent via the US Postal Service to the address you selected.
