Please note that WUE (Western Undergraduate Exchange) is not listed here since it is part of your initial application for admission to SOU.

Abbott and Fenner Scholarship Program
Amount: up to $1,000 to the winner(s) each year
Abbott & Fenner Business Consultants are pleased to be able to continue with our scholarship program for the 7th year. Students will submit an essay on the topic that appears on the scholarship page of our website. Full details are available here.

ASCO Numatics Engineering College Scholarship
Amount: $5,000
ASCO Numatics, a company of Emerson, has been the world’s leading manufacturer of comprehensive flow control and pneumatics solutions for over 100 years.  We are proud to offer our college engineering scholarship program aimed at rewarding exceptional undergraduate and graduate students pursuing a career in manufacturing and processing engineering. ASCO Numatics will award two, $5,000 scholarships to U.S. engineering students who are pursuing careers in industrial automation-related disciplines. Asian Pacific Community Fund Scholarships
Amount: Multiple awards of $1,000
The Asian Pacific Community Fund Scholarships are available to all high school juniors and seniors as well as all students currently registered in any accredited post secondary institution. Visit the Asian Pacific Community Fund web site for application and information.

B. Davis Scholarship
Amount: $1,000
The creators of the “Student Award Search Aid” website are renewing the scholarship for 2015. Please visit our website at to read about us and to apply for our scholarship. While you’re there, please browse through the rest of the site to learn more about applying for scholarships.

Ciri Foundation Scholarships And Grants
General Scholarship - Academic Year $5000 FT/$4500 PT
General Scholarship - Fall Only $2500 FT/$2250 PT
The CIRI Foundation (TCF) offers general scholarships to full-time and part-time degree-seeking students. Scholarships are offered for the full-academic year or per term (please note, TCF does not offer funding for summer classes). There are 2 scholarship deadlines a year.  Applications open online approximately 30 days before the deadline. Applications must be received on or before the deadline to be considered.  Students do not apply separately for these scholarships, general scholarship applicants who apply at the June 15 deadline for the full-academic year and meet the minimum requirements for TCF’s competitive, merit based scholarships will be considered. Extreme Terrain's Student Scholarships
Amount: Fall and Spring awards of $3,000 each
The goal of the ExtremeTerrain Scholarship program is to raise more awareness for the recreational use of public lands while, at the same time, supporting youth who are working toward a career in the environmental/recreational land use planning/land management industry. Eligible students include those who are pursuing a degree in Environmental Studies, Environmental Research, Land Use, Earth & Atmosphere Studies, Sustainable Land Management, Parks and Recreation, Sustainable Agriculture Systems. There are two (2) $3,000 scholarships to be awarded annually, one for Fall term and the other for Spring term.

Free Speech Scholarship
Amount: $1,000
At Miller Law Offices, we believe that education and free speech are important aspects of our democracy and make America great. Oregon Association of Broadcasters Foundation Scholarships
The Oregon Association of Broadcasters Foundation will award a minimum of three $3,500 scholarships and two $2,500 scholarships for the 2015-2016 academic school year. Applicants must be Oregon residents and studying journalism or any subject that can be used in the day-to-day operation of a broadcast Radio or Television station. Students studying Broadcast Journalism, and those who have had on-the-job training or internships in broadcasting will receive preference in the selection process.

Oregon Association of Chiefs of Police
Amount: $1,000 (17 scholarships available)
The OACP scholarships are available to Sophomores and higher with a minimum 2.5 GPA who are criminal justice majors with a demonstrated desire to work in criminal justice or law enforcement. The application requires a cover letter of recommendation from the criminal justice program director, a criminal justice instructor or a financial aid department representative, as well as a signature from your local police chief on the application form indicating that you are recommended to receive scholarship funds. Oregon Lottery Graduate Scholarships
Amount: Varies due to available funds
Oregon Lottery Graduate Scholarships are available to graduate students showing academic merit and financial need. Applicants must complete the Oregon Lottery Graduate Scholarship application and any additional materials required by specific academic programs.

Oregon Scottish Rite Education Foundation, Inc.
Amount: Varies based on scholarship
Applicants for Scottish Rite Scholarship assistance must be bona fide residents of the State of Oregon entering as undergraduates at an accredited college, university, or trade school. Scholarships are awarded on the basis of student need and consideration is also given for exceptional qualities of leadership. There are several scholarships that are awarded annually. Southern Oregon Latino Scholarship Fund
The Southern Oregon Latino Scholarship Fund provides opportunities for Latino/Hispanic students living in the Southern Oregon region to complete their post high school career/degree goals. Each year, the Southern Oregon Latino Scholarship Fund (SOLSF), with the help of generous community sponsors, awards multiple college scholarships to students of Latino heritage. Student of the Arts Scholarship
Amount: $1,000
The Student of the Arts Scholarship is open to students majoring in any of the "fine arts" or creative studies, such as: Painting, Graphic Design, Music, Creative Writing, Drawing, Interior Design, Architecture, Film, etc. The purpose is to encourage students to take their artistic ability to the "next level" and build a successful business around it. Submit a 500-1000 word essay outlining their creative approach at turning their artistic skills into a successful business. Those who present a valid plan and seem to express the most passion will be considered, and the winner will receive a $1,000 scholarship. WyzAnt College Scholarships
Students may compete for $15,000 in total scholarships, based on essay submissions answering the question,"If you could teach everyone in the world one thing, what would it be?" Twenty finalists will be selected, with three students winning prizes. Using email and social media, students can reach out to friends and family to get votes for their essay. Finalists will be determined by popular vote!
Eligibility: The contest is open to any student planning to be enrolled in a four-year college between August 2014 and November 2016.
Prizes: Three scholarships will be awarded. First place is worth $10,000, second place $3,000 and third place $2,000.
