The Streams and Rivers Kit is designed to educate students about the stream and river ecosystems here in the Rogue Valley. Both classroom and field information on macroinvertebrates, water quality, field sampling, and stewardship projects are provided in the kit. Also provided is a Salmonid Study kit to educate students about the diversity, characteristics, and adaptations of salmonids.

- The Salmon Life Cycle Outdoor Activity- uses a simulation of the salmon journey to examine salmon habitat and the salmon life cycle
- When Do Anadromous Fish Use Our Streams?- determines which months salmon, steelhead, and lamprey use streams in southwest Oregon and teaches about community management of streams
