MAT Program Application Materials

To apply for the 2014 MAT Cohort you will need to submit  both the "Application to the MAT Program" (Item I) and the "Application for Graduate Admission" (Item II) as directed below by Friday, January 10, 2014. Applications will be available October 2013.

I. APPLICATION TO SUBMIT TO THE SCHOOL OF EDUCATION

A. Application Form (Full-Time 2014-15 or Part-Time 2014-16 will be available October 2013)

B. Applications Instructions: Full-Time Program 2014-15 or Two-Year Program 2014-16

Mail the completed Application to the MAT Program to:
